Activities:

22. Mini Fastnet 2007 in Douarnenez-France 16. – 23. June 2007
As sort of the little sister of the legendary Fasnet Race this race is held since 1984. Starting and ending harbours are always in Brittany, with the famous Irish light tower Fastnet as turning point. Renowned stars as Isabella Autissier, Catherine Chabaud or Ellen Mac Arthur have made their first experiences at this challenge.

Douarnenez – Le Fastnet – Douarnenez (approximately 700 sea miles)
The regatta was cancelled due to bad weather conditions by the organizers

August 2007: 1000 sea miles non-stop solo torn from the south coast of England via Skagen, DK to Kiel-Laboe/East Sea (classified as qualification for participation in the Transat 2009 according to the guidelines of classmini.org)

Due to unexpected problems within the family and following financial as well as time problems the campaign had to be terminated in September 2007 for the time being.

The Mini „The Tom Crean“ GER 393 was sold in spring 2008.
